Our Mission

The Health Is Wealth Foundation of Sierra Leone is dedicated to empowering the underserved communities of Yarawadu and neighboring areas through multifaceted health initiatives.

Our Multifaceted Approach

    The foundation plans on building a fully operational medical clinic in Yarawadu, which will provide comprehensive health screenings, treatment for common ailments, and specialized care.
